Returns & Exchanges
Weekendwarriorgear.com offers a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy on all purchases. You have up to 30 days (from the date of shipment date) to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied. No returns at all will be accepted after 30 days. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all tags, and original packing material (if any). Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list and a brief description of what action is to be taken with all returns.
If weekendwarriorgear.com shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in shipment, we will gladly refund all shipping charges. Remember to save your packing slip as your receipt.
To return merchandise to weekendwarriorgear.com follow these easy steps:
1. List the item(s) you are returning & the reason for the return on the back of the packing slip..
2. Send the item(s) back to us via insured UPS to the address listed on your packing slip.
3. Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item(s), please list the items you are exchanging on the back of the packing slip. Your credit card statement will reflect a credit for the returned item(s) & a charge for your new items.
4. If you prefer a refund, we will credit the credit card originally used. We will issue a check only for mail orders paid by check or money orders.
5. Credits or refunds will take 10-14 business days. If you ordered by credit card, you'll see the credit on your following statement. If you paid by check, we will mail your refund.
6. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable

Insuring Your Return Package:
www.weekendwarriorgear.com recommends that you track your return package to confirm that we have received it. The US Postal Service offers a delivery confirmation service for a small additional fee. For larger returns or ease of mind, you may want to consider insuring your package. Just take your package to a US Post Office service window and a representative can add these options for you. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Shipping Options:
Most orders will be shipped 5-7 business days after checkout, pending credit card approval. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military address will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. (USPS tracking is not available for APO/FPO deliveries.)
Sorry, at this time, we are unable to process any orders from anywhere outside the U.S.
Actual freight charges will be applied to certain items such as tires, rv covers, chairs, generators, etc. Items that incur additional shipping are noted on their web page.
Tracking Your Package:
When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. It will contain an order number and the package tracking ID or delivery confirmation number.
Back orders:
From time to time some items will be temporarily unavailable at time of purchase. We do our best to keep these back-orders to a minimum. However, back-orders can and do happen. In the event that an item is unavailable at time of purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to get the merchandise to you in a timely fashion.
