SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES

WEEKEND WARRIOR GEAR ("www.weekendwarriorgear.com") offers a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy on all purchases. You 10 days (from the date of shipment date) to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied. No returns at all will be accepted after 10 days. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all tags, and original packaging and packing material (if any). Customer agrees to pay all return shipping charges. Please include a copy of your packing slip and a brief description of what action is to be taken with all returns.

If  WEEKEND WARRIOR GEAR shipped you the wrong item or your item has been damaged during shipping, we will gladly reship the correct or non-damaged items ASAP, free of additional shipping charges. Remember to save your packing slip as your receipt.


RETURNS

To return merchandise to WEEKEND WARRIOR GEAR follow these easy steps:


1. Please have your packing slip available and call us at: 800.500.9914 or Email us at: parts@warriorlifestyles.com to schedule a return authorization number.


2. Write your scheduled RA number on the outside of your packaging and on an inclosed copy of your packing slip to be placed in the box.


3. Send the item(s) back to WEEKEND WARRIOR GEAR via insured UPS to: Weekend Warrior Gear, 23120 Old Oleander Avenue Perris, CA 92570


EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for another item, please list the items you are exchanging on the back of the packing slip and follow the instructions for "Returns" in the section above. You will still need a Return Authorization to Return and Exchange your items. 


REFUNDS

If you prefer a refund, we will issue a store credit ONLY.   All returns resulting in a refund are subject to a 30% merchandise restocking fee and a 50% merchandise restocking fee on special order items.  All Credits / Refunds will take 10-14 business days to process fully.  Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

INSURING YOUR RETURN PACKAGE

WEEKEND WARRIOR GEAR recommends that you insure and track your return package to confirm that we have received it. The US Postal Service offers a delivery confirmation service for a small additional fee. For larger returns or ease of mind, you may want to consider insuring your package. Just take your package to a US Post Office service window and a representative can add these options for you. WEEKEND WARRIOR GEAR is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

All orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days after checkout, pending credit card approval and collection of funds.  We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military address will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. (USPS tracking is not available for APO/FPO deliveries.)

Some items will incur an additional freight charge related to bulkiness, weight, or ship to location.  These items include but are not limited to; tires, rv covers, furniture, generators, and other large rv exterior and interior parts.  Items that incur additional shipping are noted on their respective web pages.  You will be notified of all freight charges before any items will be charged and/or shipped.


TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. It will contain an order number and the package tracking ID or delivery confirmation number.  Please feel free to call us at: 800.500.9914 or Email us at: parts@warriorlifestyles.com to find out more information on ETA's and tracking your packages during shipment.


BACK ORDERS

From time to time, some items will be temporarily unavailable at the time of purchase.  In the event that an item is back ordered, we will notify you immediately and make every effort to get the items ordered shipped to you in a timely fashion.  Your card will not be charged for any back ordered items, however if you do not respond to our attempts to contact you regarding back order or cancelation, your items will be shipped and billed for following termination of the backorder.  WEEKEND WARRIOR GEAR will not be held responsible for back ordered items that have been discontinued by third party manufacturers or distributors.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.


Third party links

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).
